Oxford Summer Courses is seeking an organised and knowledgeable Content & SEO Analyst to join our team. There is one permanent position available within the marketing department.

About the Role

The Content & SEO Analyst will be working with the Marketing Manager to create a full content strategy across our audiences, including parents, prospective students, alumni and our corporate partners. The role will report to the Marketing Manager, working closely with an external SEO consultant and the website team.

You will benefit from the ongoing training and exposure to all the digital channels across the business.

Main duties

  • Gain hands on experience with on page optimisation, carrying out keyword research, competitor analysis, technical audits, reporting and link building activities.
  • Reporting on a weekly and monthly basis of the overall performance of the SEO campaigns ensuring that all key insights are incorporated.
  • Identifying room for improvement on blog, in terms of both SEO and content, and providing direction to marketing assistant
  • Creation of content plan and oversight of execution throughout the year, including all student communications at the time of course delivery

Required experience

  • 2-3 years in a marketing / SEO 
  • Knowledge or experience in other channels within digital marketing (social, search) will prove your genuine passion for the industry and develop your career within digital marketing.
  • Exposure or hands on experience with SEO tools like GA, SEM Rush, which will help you achieve the best results for your clients and enable your campaigns to stand out from the get-go.

Desired experience

  • Website design and creation (Wordpress highly preferred)
  • Experience of CRM systems
  • Experience in reporting dashboard creation
  • Experience in social content scheduling software such as Hootsuite

Practical Details

  • Salary: £26,000-£29,000 + up to 10% Company Bonus scheme
  • We have flexible working arrangement however this is a full-time position
